Kris Jensen: I have been working out with Jodie and a great group of ladies since the beginning of July 2023. Thanks to her and encouragement from the group I have from 175 lbs. to 134.1 lbs!!! A size 16 – 18 to just today a size 10! I never thought I could accomplish this and wouldn’t have without WW, Jodie and the wonderful ladies in the exercise group. You all mean so much to me.

Debbie Ellis: I started with Jodie about a year ago. I do her Tuesday and Thursday group class. The one word I can sum up is AMAZING! Jodie is a wonderful coach. She has made me feel better today than I did 10 years ago. She modifies workouts when you need and can push you when she knows she can. The group of women are fantastic. We support each other, push each other to do batter, and it is something I look forward to each week. Thank you, Jodie, for all you do!

Carolyn Owens: I started working out in order to reduce my cholesterol, and to help me with all the work I have to do in my yard. I feel stronger than ever.

JoAnn Bolton: Why I continue to work out with the group and Jodie:

  • From a health perspective it is wonderful for my health -blood pressure, cholesterol, muscle strength, balance, breathing, heart…
  • I am working to improve agility, strength, balance in anticipation of future surgery.
  • The social aspect of the group keeps me coming to each class and makes it more FUN.
  • Jodie spends a lot of time setting up each nights’ exercises for our group to develop our bodies.
  • For some she makes special adjustments to certain routines specific to their needs.
  • She watches closely to make sure no one injures themselves during the exercise.

Theresa Van Landuyt: I workout with Jodie to improve my strength and flexibility. I’m part of a group that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays that has developed into a great group of friends. We support and challenge each other. We have a lot of fun!

Kathy Meyer: I choose to workout with Jodie for a number of reasons.  First of all, she’s ever so knowledgeable about the body, fitness, strength training, diet, and overall physical health. She makes working out a blast, and is very motivating. She modifies for any client in need; to prevent injury or to work around an injury or pain. And to top all this off, she’s always energetic, always happy, tough on us but in a very positive way. I’ve never once regretted a workout with Jodie.

Bernie Flores: In regards to strength training with Jodie it has been a life changing experience. I have not only recovered a lot of muscle mass that I lost due to age but also have lost inches and look more fit as my friends and family have noticed. I struggled to care for my toddler granddaughter with lifting her in and out of the car seat or highchair but can do this with ease now since working out 2x/week with Jodie. It will now be a consistent practice as I continue to age. She continually challenges my abilities with different exercises and weight levels as we progress on this journey . I am stronger now than I have been in the past 5 years. Thank you Jodie for investing in my health.
