I initially met Jodie as a WW Coach and instantly enjoyed her passion and devotion to health and wellness! After a year, I was very nervous but decided to reach out to ask her about her fitness training and coaching. I was very nervous due to feeling incredibly out of shape and intimidated. We started with an information meeting and then an evaluation. I was immediately drawn to her style of training and quickly learned that she was so different in her coaching techniques. She has a unique approach beyond fitness…she looks at the whole person and meets you where you are at while challenging you without feeling defeated. She has a unique capability to understand you individually and creating comprehensive goals based upon what you hope to achieve. We have been doing one on one training for a year now and she is part of my life…amazing person, coach, and friend!
