“I want to inspire people to believe in themselves as much as I believe in them”

Streaming One-on-One Sessions

I will design a personalized program to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals in the comfort of your own home. I may suggest some basic equipment, but I can also work with the equipment you already have. Through Zoom, we can work together in 30 or 60-minute increments.

Streaming Small Group Sessions

To lower the cost and increase the fun, I can train you with a group of friends. (Up to four total at one time). No need to be in the same room, we can all train through Zoom, either 30 or 60-minute sessions. Utilizing the equipment each of you has, I can create workout programs that will be both accommodating and challenging to all members of the group.

Streaming Workouts with Me

Each week, I hold streaming workouts. These allow me to guide you through a 30-minute workout with me using only dumbbells. I host three unique workouts weekly: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 to 8:30 a.m. All CSTime. Can’t make those times? Don’t worry; I record them and make them available for purchase. In addition, I change them monthly, so you’ll never get bored.
